Bandgeek!: Coach FuManchu’s Fate Is Under Fire!

Kuppa Isn't there a movie about the rise of some devil worshiping teen and how he discovers his "magic wand", out this weekend or whatever? Meh. But wait, also, wasn't there some football game tonight? Oh yeah, Coach FuManchu's Dogs against those Boise Football Nazis. Hells ya we're going to watch that shit… at least through the first quarter. But maybe the FuManchu still has some magic left. Probably not, but maybe. Either way, if it's a crushing loss or one of the biggest upsets of all WAC times, you're going to want to go out after and party.

Here is where we suggest you go and support Fresno's music secne this weekend. Hey Fresno! Let's BANDGEEK!!

KUPPAJOE: Touring goodness from Fate Under Fire. Plus The Day I Ate The Moon, Die On The Vine, Beauty Becomes Beast and Abandon The Silence. [8pm $7 All Ages]

CLUB RETRO FRESNO: Join the EP release fun with Fresno pop-punk band, Vegas Is North. A Current Affair, See You Soon and The Tad Kent Project will be there too. [7pm $10 All Ages]

AUDIE'S OLYMPIC: It would appear Patrick Contreras is playing back-to-back shows at Audie's. Last night the Nico Vega show and tonight he plays with DB & The Struggle plus Cole Fonseca. [9pm? $5?]

THE BEL TOWER: We heard some things like It'll Grow Back playing there tonight. Not sure about anything else. We do know that the Bel Tower has a Kickstarter Page though.

STARLINE: Last time Faster Pussycat came through Fresno, the promoter ran off with the cash and nobody has seen her since. Brave of the boys to come back. Maybe they were lured by the info that Shuvlehead will be there too:
